CLUB BYLAWS
The Pedaler’s Bylaws contain the Club’s mission, objectives, organizational structure, executive board duties, voting, and other rules.
As a nonprofit, 501 (c) (7), our Bylaws are considered a legal document that dictates how our organization must be governed. Board members have a duty to understand the Bylaws and ensure that its provisions are followed.
