(from the Club Bylaws)
“Great group of wonderful people and a wide variety of group rides for all ability levels.” — Gerard P.
Our History
In 1979, Suzy Truax and some cycling friends named their cycling group “the Procrastinating Pedalers.”
On March 2, 1988, the “Procrastinating Pedalers of Reno” was incorporated as a non-profit organization by Kevin DeWolfe, Bruce MacKay, and Frank Cronick
Bart Kluck designed the original Pedaler jersey featuring a cartoon of the Truckee Meadows.
The Club remains Reno’s largest recreational cycling club.
Many thanks to Darryl Rubhart founder of SYNAP who updated the Club logo and provided significant guidance/technical support during the new website’s construction.
