Come Ride With The Procrastinating Pedalers of Reno!
Welcome to the Procrastinating Pedalers' Web site. We're Northern Nevada's largest group of bicycling enthusiasts and we are dedicated to promoting safe, non-competitive, recreational bicycle riding and healthy lifestyles in a fun, social atmosphere. Club meetings are held monthly at Austin's Restaurant, located at 7671 S Virginia St, just north of Longley Lane in Reno, (except in December and August) on the third Tuesday. Social hour begins at 5:30PM and General Meeting begins at 6:30PM.
Membership dues will be increasing as of July 1st.
Single membership will increase to $25.
Family and Joint membership will increase to $30
What do I get for my membership and the increased dues?
The Pedalers leadership group unanimously approved the new dues, the increase will allow the club to be more philanthropic; last year the club was able to support the Tahoe Pyramid Bikeway and earlier this year we donated to Amber Rais. Amber is a Reno cyclist who is on the US National team and KUOTA Speed Kueens in Austria . Do you have ideas where you would like to see the club donate – let us know!
Other Membership benefits include the summer picnic in Genoa, the Holiday party, supplemental insurance when on a club ride and are discounts on many items at some of the Reno/Carson area bike shops :
